This is the third entry in the Alberta series and it’s unique as the increases for the yoke are built right into the lace stitch pattern. There are 8 columns of lace running vertically down the yoke and there is another optional subtle eyelet lace at the hems. This pattern can be made with any fingering weight or light fingering weight yarn and has a classic sweatshirt fit with about 2-4” of ease. The sample sweater is slightly cropped and hits at the high hip, but the length can be easily adjusted. The 3/4 length sleeves can also be adjusted for personal preference. German short rows are used to raise the back of the neck before dividing for the sleeves.
There are 6 sizes ranging from 34.5” to a 51.5” finished chest.
