This is a drop-sleeve sweater, constructed in flat pieces that are then blocked and seamed together. The back starts at the hem and is worked in a 1x1 rib before transitioning to stocking stitch. The back features a deep v-neck opening. The front features a casual scoop neck, allowing Aleutian to be a reversible piece if desired. The neck edging is worked in the round and features a centred decrease at the back.

This pattern is featured in Knit Now magazine, which is available in both print and digital editions. Print editions are available (with worldwide shipping) from MoreMags and digital editions are sold via PocketMags.
