The Alpine Hedge socks are knit top down, with a heel flap and rounded toe. This pattern is written for DPNs but can easily be adapted for magic loop or 9” circulars. The body of the sock is knit in the main colour and the colourwork, cuff, heel, and toe are knit in the contrast colour.

These socks were inspired by all the colourful fences made of old skis.
