The pattern is written as follows XS S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X All the stitch counts, and roundswill be in the corresponding colors to make the pattern easy to follow. If you print out your pattern, I recommend highlighting your size throughout the pattern. This will make it easy to follow.
If the pattern does not specify crocheting in the back third loop, or back loop only(BLO), then assume you crochet in both loops.
The main bodice is constructed in a spiral, each round we do not join with a slip stitch but just place a HDC into the back third loop of the first stitch of the previous round. This eliminates an otherwise crooked seam. It helps to use a stitch marker for your first stitch of each round.
Using another type of yarn other than Caron Cotton Cakes may make the top fit and drape differently. Also another yarn may not have the same stretch. You may need to size up, or make adjustments to the pattern if this is the case
