When finished, this bone-chillingly handsome Skeleton King will be 12” x 5.5”.

Skill Level: Experienced

Required Skills:

• Adding additional rounds/rows onto already-crocheted garments

• Changing yarn colors

• Create a magic circle (or magic ring)

• Creating additional garments (e.g. coat)

• Crocheting in a round

• Crocheting in front loops and back loops

• Decrease stitches (invisible decreasing is used for this project)

• Double Crochet

• Embroidering

• Half Double Crochet

• Increase stitches

• Sewing pieces together to form the doll

• Single crochet

Materials Needed for this Project:

• Size E/5 or 3.50mm Crochet Hook (for fingers and bat bowtie)

• Size G/7 or 4.25mm Crochet Hook (for the rest of the doll)

• Yarn Needle

• Polyester Fiberfill

• Very Fine Black Yarn (for nostrils and mouth)

• Very Fine White Yarn (for bat’s eyes)

• Medium Worsted Weight Yarn (Red Heart Super Saver yarn was used for this project--1 skein for each color)
o White for head, body, hands/fingers, sleeve cuffs, and button
o Black for body (bottom), arms, legs, eyes, coat, and bat bowtie
