The small cute zig-zagular lace pattern of the sock reminded me of the way a rabbit changes directions quickly every now and then; and they run all the way down to the toe like Alice when she had fallen down the rabbit hole… so the name was a must. The blue and white yarn that I chose seems to be perfect for a some kind of “Alice in Wonderland” inspired sock…

The lace pattern looks more complicated than it is…if you know how to do a slip stitch and decreases you will be love knitting it.
It will be working best with a solid or semi-solid yarn, but some speckles won’t hurt either.

It is written for 56, 64 and 72 stitches, worked cuff down with a heel flap and gusset.

Usually I love my socks short but you can knit them as high as you want, and feel free to change your heel or toe to whatever you prefer most.

Every day I experience the love that flows through the worldwide knitting community and I decided to share more love for everyone’s feet, so this is another free pattern for you.

Happy knitting!
