Angel Dress is a simple loose-fitting dress with a wide skirt and a beautiful drape. Being sleeveless, it will work perfectly as a summer dress. It features an elegant ruffle around the neckline that covers the shoulder straps, and at mid back, both ends of the ruffle meet, creating another eye-catching design detail.
Angel Dress is worked from the top down with 1 strand of either Pure Silk or Merino. You start working the ruffle back and forth following the chart. Next, yoke is worked back and forth in garter stitch before the ruffle and yoke are joined by knitting the two pieces together. The skirt is subsequently worked in the round in stockinette stitch while being shaped to create more width. Dress length can easily be adjusted.
