PATTERN AND SIZING NOTES
- For this “Annette” crochet pullover sweater, you must have knowledge of: chaining, working in the back bump of the starting chain, single crochet, working in flat rows, color changing at the end of a row, skipping stitches, double crochet, Triple Crochet cross-behind and seaming.
- This crochet sweater is made with the body as one piece starting from the front bottom and working up to the neckline where you create a neck hole, then continuing in one piece top down on the back side ending at the back bottom. The sleeves are then worked from the side out and then the sleeve ribbing, neck ribbing and hem added on at the end before seaming/assembly.
- The TCCB stitch is as such: SK ST and TC in the next ST, then TC in BEHIND that TC to the stitch you skipped.
- This project is customizable: you can make the length longer or shorter as well as the sleeve length longer or shorter by adding or subtracting rows in sets of color. You can make the ribbed hem, sleeve cuff and neck ribbing longer if you like, or skip it all together.
- For the purposes of this pattern, the turning CH’s at the beginning of rows DO NOT count as a stitch.
- The stitch count is given in parentheses ( ) at the end of each round.
