These mittens are inspired by ornaments found on Classical and Neoclassical buildings and feature the anthemion antefix usually placed around the roof tiles.

They are knitted in the round on double-pointed needles (or magic loop) in fingering weight yarn using stranded colourwork.

You can choose to make them with or without individual fingers.
