Anthony is now a 2-in-1 pattern. Included is one pdf for DK weight yarn and one pdf for Worsted Weight yarn.

Gauge for DK is size 6US/4mm needles 24 stitches & 32 rows »(unblocked) = 4”/10cm Pattern uses 164-197 yards/150-180 meters

Gauge for Worsted is Size 7US (4.5mm) stockinette in the round, 20 stitches x 28 rows = 4”/10cm

Pattern uses 130-145 yards/120-132 meters

The Anthony hat/beanie is a repeatable pattern of scrumptious cables and ribs. Decreases are then worked in a way to coax the cables to climb to the very top. No gap at the top without cables.

If you prefer a fitted or a slouchy hat, instructions are included in both patterns. Will fit up to 24” comfortably. Will fit larger heads for a more fitted style.

Anthony is a written pattern, though the body only of the hat is also charted with a key attached.

While the pattern should be appropriate for the beginning knitter, it is preferred that the knitter has knit cables before. However, I do give written instructions in the key.
