Apollo is an entirely beginner-friendly sock pattern that has a simple texture that works well with a variety of different colorways. With an 8-round repeat that becomes quite intuitive, you’ll be able to work without the pattern before long, making this a stress-free potato-chippy project that’s perfect for social knitting.
Worked in the round, Apollo contains both cuff-down and toe-up written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. The pattern has instructions for an afterthought heel, but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using.
The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks; however, the design could be worked on double-pointed needles or mini-circulars instead should you prefer.
