Description: These Fair Isle socks are knit from the cuff down in a fun, eye-catching geometric pattern. Since pretty much the entire sock is knit in colour work - the squish is REAL! These Après Ski Socks are guaranteed to turn heads and keep your toes warm this winter whether it’s at the chalet after a day on the slopes or a night by the fire enjoying some knitting.

For my sample socks, I used five contrast colours - this is flexible and could be switched up to include more or less, maybe even busting that stash a bit!

Shown in: Full Moon Fibres Solar Sock yarn in Après Ski Sock Sets Bunny Hill and By the Fire.

Needles: US2 (2.75 mm) DPNs (circular needles would also work, however, instructions are written for DPNs)

Approx. Gauge: 36 sts and 40 rows for 10 cm x 10 cm, after blocking

S (M, L, XL) sizes are based roughly on the measurement around the ball of the foot and for this pattern are 19 cm (21.5 cm, 24 cm, 26.5 cm).
