Chal Arena is a lightweight triangular crochet shawl inspired by the warm tones of Mediterranean sand and the gentle movement of the sea.

The combination of fan stitches and chain arches creates an open, flowing texture that gives the shawl beautiful drape and a relaxing rhythm while crocheting.

The pattern is worked flat, from the top down, forming a wide triangular shape. The stitch pattern grows progressively, alternating sections of arches and fans, creating a balanced and harmonious design.

The original version is crocheted in bamboo yarn, a fresh and breathable fiber, ideal for warm weather. The shawl can also be made using cotton yarns such as Katia Capri, Drops Safran or Drops Love You 7.
