This little bag is the perfect canvas for a bit of bead art work, hence the name Art Bag. I have made many bags in the past, all with different types of texture, making something essential into something beautiful.

Supplies:
Yarn: Yarn Fairy Worsted, 218 yards/100g, about 270 yards

Needles: US size 7/4.5mm circular, 32 inches Sewing/beading needle

Beads: 6/0 seed-33, 20x15mm leaf-9, 20x15mm petal-9, 9mm cone flowers-3, 10mm flat flowers-3, 10x6mm leaf-6, 12x10mm butterfly-4 All beads in color and finish to contrast yarn color

Thread: Sewing thread to match yarn-5 yards

Floss: J&P Coats or DMC embroidery floss. Mouline (Kelly green) 1 hank for embellishment-can also be used as sewing thread

Gauge: 16 sts, 22 rows over 4 inches in stockinette blocked

Finished Measurements: 10” wide by 7 “ tall after felting

Fea level: Beginning knitting, beginning/intermediate embroidery
