The lace pattern for this hat reminds me of artichokes, hence the name. I was eating them frequently when I designed this hat but I can’t be sure if they inspired the hat or the hat inspired the temporary food obsession? Either way this hat knits up quickly with an easy lace pattern and nice texture.
