I designed this tee for all the Estonian lace lovers out there. It is fun, addictive, and with an impressive result. The pattern is also easy to work with all your favorite construction methods: top down, seamless, and in the round.

Top starts with the lace yoke and then moves to a few short-rows to improve fit. After that, the sleeves are separated from the body and it’s mostly stockinette stitch to the end (except for ribbings).

This pattern is perfect for you if you love a good lace challenge and lots of nupps. In the end, you will have a beautiful yoke as a focal point of attention in a light and comfy tee.

Pattern is fully written. Lace yoke is also charted.

Short rows are optional in this pattern and you can knit your top without them.

Some of testers used fingering weight yarn with great results (yardage can increase a little).
