Aska is a ribbed hat worked from the top-down using one of three different weights of wool held together with lace weight mohair. Designed to be a stash busting pattern, working from the top down allows you to better control the length of your hat as the yarn runs out.

V1: (235) metres/ (257) yards of both fingering weight yarn and lace weight mohair.

V2: (165) metres/ (180) yards of both DK weight yarn and lace weight mohair.

V3: (150) metres/ (164) yards of both worsted weight yarn and lace weight mohair.

NEEDLES
V1: One 32” (80cm) long or longer (for magic loop) circular needle size 3.25mm (US 3)

V2: One 32” (80cm) long or longer (for magic loop) circular needle size 3.75mm (US 5)

V3: One 32” (80cm) long or longer (for magic loop) circular needle size 4.5mm (US 7)

Adjust needle size if necessary to achieve gauge.
