Aspen Neck Warmer

The Aspen Neck Warmer is a simple bulky cowl worked flat and joined in the back. It is a gender neutral design that coordinates with, not only the Aspen Collection, but also the Cypress Collection. It can be folded down, like a turtle neck) or worn tall to help protect your face from the cold.
Pair it with the Cypress Beanie or the Aspen Headband to make a set. It makes a great handmade gift for men.
This pattern is beginner friendly with written instructions for finding the back loop of a stitch, as well as a photo tutorial for joining the seam.
You will need bulky weight 5 yarn or 2 strands of worsted or aran weight 4 yarn. If you are using a lighter weight 5 or two strands of worsted weight, you may need to make adjustments to meet gauge and your neck warmer may be lighter weight with more open stitches.
