Astrid is a reversible, double layered hat that is worked from crown to crown in one piece. One skein of each color is plenty for at least 2 hats, reversing the colorways.

YARN The Fibre Company Meadow (40% merino wool, 25% baby llama, 20% silk, 15% linen; 545 yds/100 gm skein): aster (C1), pennyroyal (C2), 1 skein each.
GAUGE 22 sts + 24 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in St st on larger ndls, after blocking.
NEEDLES 1 - 16” (40 cm) US 8 (5 mm) circular and set dpns,
1 - 16” (40 cm) US 6 (4 mm) circular.
