This bright and sunny afghan is worked in angular motifs, reminiscent of patchwork quilting, using a corner-to-corner style technique. The motifs are sewn together, with the outline of the sun crocheted over the seam for added texture. A popcorn border, continuing in the corner-to-corner style, surrounds the afghan to complete the sunny design.

This pattern set also includes the Fun-in-the Sun Hat (sizes NB, 6mo & 12mo), the Starfish Tote Bag, and a matching hat designed for your American Girl doll.
