Gauge: 24 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm in Seed Stitch at circular needle 3,5 mm (after washing).
Needle size(s): 2 different needle sizes are used, whilst knitting the camisole:
Circular needle 3 mm (the lengths 40 and 60 cm are recommended).
Circular needle 3,5 mm (the lengths 60 and 80 cm are recommended).
Yarn: The camisole is knitted with 2 threads held together:
1st thread: “Sommeruld”, in colour “2018 - Lyseblå”, CaMaRose (230m per 50g).
2nd thread: “Tynn Silk Mohair”, in colour “6012 - Lys Bå”, Sandnes Garn (212m per 25g).
Amount: The following amounts are used for each thread:
1st thread: 100 (125) 150 (175) 200 (225) 250 (275) g.
2nd thread: 50 (75) 75 (100) 125 (125) 150 (150) g.
Other: Cable needle (between 3-4 mm).
Method: The camisole is knitted bottom-up, first in the round, and then back and forth whilst making the front- and back piece of the yoke. Throughout the whole work, the camisole is knitted following a series of charts, to create its laced and cabled structure. To finish the camisole, a set of I-cord shoulder straps are knitted, and then sewn together.
