Finished pumpkin size varies but is approximately 7 inches across and 5 inches tall with the stem.
The stem is made from a stick and hot glued to the finished crochet project. It gives the pumpkin a rustic and finished look.

Uses less than a skein of super bulky yarn.
Also requires a size L (8.00mm) hook, stuffing, hot glue, a tapestry needle, and a stick. Optional finishing decoration includes jute cord, a bit of ribbon, or an artificial leaf.
