Created in the early twentieth century, the Aviation cocktail is an ode to the miracle of flight. Imagine an azure sky out the window beside you as you fly first class across the country. Imagine a time before TSA, economy class, and being charged for in-flight snacks. Let this cocktail take you to that magical place.

You can make an Aviation without the crème de violette, but why would you?

The long scarf I’ve designed is a geometric representation of what I see out the plane window during sunrise or sunset. Layers of clouds and a transition from light to dark.
