This is a fun, quick and easy knit that will actually ripen an avocado in 24 hours. Trust me, it really does work! No more paper bags & waiting days for a ripe avocado. This sock fits both Hass & Bruce avocados.

This is a great present for any avocado lover, hostess gift, stocking stuffer or Foodie you know. Handy to have in your own house too!

Great as a project for knit clubs or groups as it takes about 2 hours to complete. Perfect way to use up those ends of yarn everyone has.

I used Pattons Classic Wool but you can use any worsted weight 100% wool you have on hand. But it must be 100% wool to work. I got some leather cord from Fabric Land but you can braid some sock wool together or use a ribbon as the tie cord.

No particular gauge but if you are a tight knitter use the larger size needles. Finished size should be approx 5-6” long and 5” wide.
