This pattern is written in standard American knit terms. Due to the nature of patterns, all sales are final. If you have any questions, I am always happy to help.

The Ayan Knit Tie Bonnet is a great pattern for beginners. Using only basic stitches, you will be creating an open and airy look that’s almost lacy, but still versatile enough to make it great for boys. The bonnet is started by knitting the main body back and forth towards the crown, with directions for finishing both in the round and knitting flat. After the bonnet is complete, you will attach knit ties.

This bonnet can be made using any 4 ply or light fingering weight yarn. Pattern was written using Madeline Tosh Merino Light.

Gauge is always important to ensure correct sizing, so please make sure to double check yours.
