Notes:
Leg warmers are worked from the bottom up. Ruffle added at the end..
When joining each round, join at the top of the first stitch.
Chains at beginning of each row do not count as a stitch.
At the end of each row, do not turn work. Continue working in same direction throughout the whole pattern. Pattern is not worked continuously.
Leg warmers can be made longer (for more slouch) by adding more rounds.
