Crochet cute little baby Elephant plushies with this easy to follow pattern.

Pattern is written in standard US terms and worked in rounds, amigurumi style.
I will show you cute options to give your elephants a little more character.

This is a no sew pattern and doesn’t require color changes. It is worked from the bottom to the top of the head using a soft Bulky #5 yarn and a 4mm hook.

To crochet these elephant plush toys, you should be comfortable with crochet terms, surface crochet and know basic stitches including increases, decreases, bobble and triple crochets. All tools, materials, abbreviations and 2 types of yarn options in multiple colors are shown in the pattern. There are also plenty of clear photos to help guide you through the process. It is an advanced beginner level pattern. Intermediate crocheters would enjoy it too.

A few details such as extra details at the eyes and mouth are optional and can be added with either a smaller hook or a yarn needle, if you choose to sew them in place. Sewing is totally optional.

Finished Elephant will be approximately 4 inches in height, 4.5 in width (ear-to-ear) when using the suggested tools and materials.
