These adorable bows are for babies, newborn to 1 year but you could certainly add a longer elastic band for toddlers. I have made three bow headbands: one knitted in garter stitch with worsted wool. It has 3, large, French knots at the center. The easiest bow is made from 2-inch wide lace and has a store-bought ribbon rosette at the center. The third bow is made from calico fabric and has a rosette at the center.

These would make great gifts for baby showers or to mark milestones in the baby’s life.

I made all 3 on a Sunday morn. It was fun. I do have a bit of a mess to clean up but sometimes life’s messy.
