The Bailly–Decambron Top No.2 is a lightweight off-shoulder top, worked top-down in the round.

The garment is constructed from the shoulder line, shaped with increases on both sides of the work. Once the upper section is complete, the armholes are created and the body is worked in the round to the desired length.

This design is inspired by classic sweater construction, but features a wide folded neckline that creates a soft, feminine silhouette.

The top has a slightly loose fit with a delicate, airy drape, achieved by working mohair yarn held double.

Gauge: 14 sts x 22 rnds = 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch, after blocking
