This blanket is worked using the Corner to Corner technique with Double Crochet stitches. It is a simple pattern and works up quickly.

I named it Barcelona because of the yarn. It is the perfect yarn for this lapghan, offering beautiful color changes and just enough density to keep you warm and cozy.

The double crochet stitches are worked in the back loops only giving the pattern a bit of texture and a lot of pliability. As the stitches are close together however, it locks out drafts, making it an ideal snuggle blanket.
