A crescent shawl inspired by Daenerys Targaryen.

A tough garter stitch body symbolises Daenerys’ strength and determination to reclaim her rightful place on the Iron Throne. An architectural lace border represents her dragons, as I thought it looked similar to dragon wings with their beautiful sharp points and elegant curves.

I believe Olenna’s advice to Daenerys is very apt not only for the character in the show, but today’s women. Let us all be dragons, and never stop being strong, resourceful and resilient. Dracarys!
