This pattern was inspired by the texture of footprints in the sand along the shoreline. Simple cowl knit in the round that works up quickly creating a lovely stretchy fabric. Pattern includes three sizes. Though the pattern is written to use DK yarn, other weights may be used. I recommend using a needle two sizes larger than that recommended on the yarn label. I always encourage knitters to adapt to the supplies they have on hand and their own artistic mood.
