FINISHED SIZE: ~8 in | 20.00 cm in circumference and stretches to add ~1 in | 2.5 cm. Customizable.

GAUGE: Worked with a size 1.00 mm hook: 6 rnds of 6 beaded sts worked around the dowel = ~1in | 2.50 cm.

MAIN SUPPLIES:

  • Yarn: Knit Picks Curio #10, 100% Mercerized Cotton, ~8 g for a single bracelet. You may use another yarn brand if desired.
  • Hook: 1.0 mm
  • Beads: Miyuki size 6/0 Rocaille seed beads, ~30–40 g | 1–1.5 oz of beads for a single bracelet. You may use another bead brand if desired.

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES:

  • Tape measure
  • Tapestry needle size 18 or 20
  • Small, sharp scissors
  • Wooden dowel, 0.25 in | 0.6 cm in diameter and 10–12 in | 25–30 cm in length. A pencil can be used as an alternative. However, do not substitute a straw—straws lack the necessary stability and often collapse, which can distort the shape of the tube and result in an uneven bangle.
