This shawl/scarf is totally reversible and can be easily made from one skein of yarn. The garter stitch-based lace edges are knit on either long edge at the same time as the central pattern. The pattern is zigzag-themed and features a jewellry touch, using two sizes of Czech seed beads knit into the two end sections
Even while using the same size needles, the first scarf done in Zitron Filisilk (using 39 of 100 grams) is slightly narrower and shorter (8” x 33.5”) than the second version done in River Road Wool Farm Lace in a blue colour (using 71 grams out of 113 gr.) It measured 10” by 38” after blocking.
