The Bee Keepers sweater was inspired by a wonderful women I know who keeps bees. The design of the sweater itself is pulled from my Central American ancestry, including the blocky, abstract bees and the color blocks the surround them.
This sweater was engineered so the design would stay true to my inspiration no matter what size is made.
• The Bee is high on the chest, so that it doesn’t get distorted when wearing no matter the size made.
• Size 28, 32, 36 and 40 have 6 Bees, while sizes 40, 44, 48 and 52 have 8 Bees.
• The design is flexible, so you can have the bees flying towards or away from each other.
PATTERN INCLUDES WRITTEN INSTRUCTION AND COLOR CHARTS.
HOOK: F or 3.75 mm, or size needed to obtain gauge.
NOTIONS: 18 Stitch Markers, needle for weaving in ends. I show you how to separate the yoke into parts using stitch markers, so eliminate counting and can break the yoke into small sections.
