This super easy garter vest is designed with beginners in mind – no shaping, no complicated construction, just one stitch and a one-row repeat worked flat on straight needles.

Using 7 mm needles creates a light fabric with lovely drape that gives the top a modern, relaxed look while also making it quick and satisfying to knit.

The length is a gentle crop - but you can always add a few extra rows if you prefer it longer.

You can use light worsted or worsted:
220g-250g-300g-350g as per sizes.

Perfect for layering and in warmer weather it can also serve as a tee!
