This pattern was designed for the speed knitting contest Sock Madness. If you’re looking for information regarding the competition, please visit the ravelry group “Sock Madness Forever”.
The pattern will be available to the general public after the end of the competition somewhere around mid-June 2021.

During spring and summer 2020, I spent a lot of time outdoors with my dog enjoying the beautiful spots of my home region here in southern Germany. We live close to the Alps and there are a lot of beautiful places to see and visit - even though travel was heavily limited at that point to the COVID-19 crisis.

I have always been fascinated by all things green - and on my adventures outside I began to wonder if there ware a way to incorporate all different kinds of leaf patterns into one sock and make it an adventure to knit: this is the result!

Happy knitting!
Take care of yourself - and beleaf in yourself!

This pattern was influenced by the shawl Sudden Bliss. The one pass brioche version described in the pattern is my take on sockmatician’s video tutorial; the cuff is described in the book Japanese Stitch Bible.
