An understated texture and a delightful marl are hallmarks of this mitten. The ridges pleat gently when you bend and flex your hands, reminiscent of mini bellows.

A folded knit hem gently punctuates the wrist. These mittens are perfect for wearing alone or over the ubiquitous store bought stretchy knit glove (I’ve been gifted so many pairs of these).

Sizing:
The pattern is written with approximately 1-1.5” of positive ease for X-Small/Small (7.5”), Medium (8.25”), Large/X-Large (9”). The largest size will also accommodate a Man’s Small. Please reach out if you are interested in extended sizing.

Yarn
This pattern was developed using two contrasting strands of fingering weight yarn held together throughout the pattern. One variegated/self-patterning and one solid/semi-solid kettle dye. The options are limitless on the beautiful marls you can create.

With the yardage in the smaller sizes less than most 50g fingering weight balls, this pattern is perfect for partial and single skeins.
