My Bergamot Beanie is a knit-in-the-round hat that features a center panel comprised of cables and simple lace yarn overs. I envision the cable being worn either front and center or slightly off centered. The rest of the hat’s body is created in a beautiful textured stitch that pulls inspiration from the “bumpy” texture of actual bergamot fruit. Textured cables and a small pop of lace, this makes for a lovely transitional autumn hat! And did I mention this pattern is a ONE-SKEIN WONDER?
