Also known as a Siamese Fighting Fish, bettas are both beautiful and aggressive, and are bred into an amazing rainbow of colors.

This little guy is a fantastic scrap-yarn project. Make him as a pet to decorate an empty bowl, make one to add as a unique embellishment to a hat or scarf, or make several and make a baby mobile.

Betta is worked from head to tail in one piece (including pectoral fins), and then the top/bottom fins are crocheted on afterwards.
