These lovely mittens are worked with double knitting technique. It makes them completely reversible, and the double layer is great for keeping your fingers warm in the winter. For double knitting, you will be working both layers at the same time. The top layer is worked with knitted stitches and the bottom layer with purls. The chart only depicts the top layer. Every other stitch should be purled with the colors reversed. The instructions are written for magic loop technique, but you can work the mittens with dpns if you wish.
