Yarn and notions:

Yarn: 5 x 40g to 50g each (120-150 yards each) of DK weight yarn (or a total 200-250 g / 600-650 yards of one colour)
Designed using the Narnia kit by Addiction Yarns, 5 colours of baby Alpaca DK

Colours: while the pattern is written for 5 colours, it has also been tested and works just as beautifully in 2 colours, and in only a single colour.

Needles: 5 mm circulars with a 32 inch cable

Other notions: cable needle, darning needle, scissors and markers.

Gauge: 17 to 18 sts and 22 rows for 4x4 inches in stockinette

Final blocked shape and dimensions: rectangular with points at both ends, 18 inches x 72 inches
