This pattern is worked in color changing row section. This standard pattern includes three bicycle repeats per section, but additional bicycles can be added to increase the width of the blanket. Additional row sections of bicycles can be added as well to increase length. Each bicycle repeat is approximately 6” tall x 10.75” wide. Finished blanket with three bicycle repeats, 7 row sections, and a border measures 50” tall x 32” wide and each repeat of three bicycles uses approximately 250 yards of worsted weight yarn in a size G (4mm) hook.
