This is the pattern for our Buttercup Granny Stripe Baby Blanket. It is named as such, because it has the same cluster used in the classic granny square, and it is one of my all-time favorites because of its simplicity. Also, you can really have fun with the color pattern for this blanket. It is definitely appropriate for a beginner, and it will surely be a cherished gift for a new baby!
