Black Cat Basics patterns are designed for beginner
knitters who want to make something they will actually want to wear.

The Basics Mitts use purl in addition to knit stitch, and are knit flat with no increasing or decreasing.

They come in sizes toddler-men’s large, and are a wardrobe staple that even experienced knitters will want to make and wear!

Needles:
4 mm/US size 6 straight or circular needle(s) (mitts is worked flat)

Notions: Tapestry needle (for finishing)

Yarn:
Any worsted weight/10 ply or heavy DK that can achieve gauge
