“Blood Lines”
This design has been created as the beginning of “Blood Of My Blood” series begins, this is a prequel to the Outlander story, which if you know my patterns, has played a big part in my inspiration, so I felt a few designs had to be born for this adventure too!
The story is set in Scotland within two time periods 1714 to 1715 and during the First World War 1914 to 1918. This first piece falls into the 1700s and is a shawl that can be snuggled into with its lovely size and can also be wrapped as was traditional of that time period.
The shawl is a versatile make and can be created with or without the collar and can be extended to be larger than its given measurements if desired.
It is created in DK weight yarn, carries a detailed spine and a comfortable drape to wear on any occasion.
The pattern is knitted row by row with no charts.
Its suitable for a knitter of any ability with basic knitting knowledge.
