The Bloom Flare Skirt is a top-down lace skirt worked in the round.

The skirt begins with a folded waistband that encases elastic for a comfortable fit and is designed to sit at the low waist or hips. The body is worked in a floral lace pattern inspired by blooming flowers before a subtle flare is added at the hem, creating gentle movement and drape.

The pattern includes both charted and written instructions.
