Instructions are given for two different widths (small and medium) and two different heights (short and tall), which makes the pattern easy to customize. Both written and charted instructions are provided.

The original sample (first photo) is a tall version of the small cowl.

Notions

  • 6 (small size) - 8 (medium size) stitch markers
  • Tapestry needle to weave in ends

Each chart repeat uses two stitch markers. Knitters who can read their own knitting will likely only need 3 (small size) - 4 (medium size) stitch markers.

The sample was made with IndigoDragonfly CaribouBaa (100% Merino, Superwash) in colorway Tardis. For substitutions, a wool or wool blend with good stitch definition is recommended.
