This crochet project is made with double strands of #4 medium weight yarn (2 oz / 50 gm of each colour) so it makes up quickly. The stitches used are the half double crochet and single crochet stitches making it a good beginner project. The pattern is very versatile. Change the trim and you have a totally different look.
