This pattern allows you to make this in any size you like. The suggested yarn type, hook, and yardage is all based on the blanket in the photos, only. This can be done in anything from thread to super chunky roving if you want!

In the case of the lapghan I created in the photos, I used 10 different colors of Red Heart yarn (including the border) with 10 motifs per strip. I only purchased one skein of each color and I did not run out of yarn for any of the color workings.
